Flexographic Printing Services
At Packaging By Design, we offer flexographic printing services using cast, matte and metallized polypropylene, polyester, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE materials and various barrier films. Our expert team uses water-based inks in the process that are environment friendly with very low VOC creating low odor and highly resistant print surfaces.
Text, blank, lift-n-seal and barcode print form and styles are available in up to 10 colors with exceptional features such as moisture and oxygen barrier. We can print parts with 14.1 to 31.5 in. repeat range, 47.2 in. plate cylinder and maximum material width. Our services can adjust with unwind and rewind unit maximum material roll diameter of up to 30 in.
Since we are your one-stop-shop, we also offer several additional services such as prepress, HD flexo, design, prototype packaging and stocking program. Our facility is well equipped with 10-color flexographic printing presses for process or line printing. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported up to minimum 500 lbs. Our lead times average a 3 week production time. Emergency and rush services are available.
