Lamination Services
At Packaging By Design, we offer lamination services using various film structures. Our general capabilities include contract, high speed, large format, on-demand and short run laminations. Our expert team uses water-based adhesive systems with low VOC for high clarity, superior optics and virtually odor free laminations. Custom options include unprinted, multi-layer, reverse and surface printed laminations.
Structures are made from OPP, cast OPP, PET, PVDC, MET PET, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, COEX, EVOH and nylon cellophane. Available in maximum width of up to 49 in. Our facility is equipped with 2 state-of-the-art adhesive laminators. Low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported up to minimum 500 lbs. Lead times are quoted on job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
